Yesterday, Ali, Stuart & I went to Birling Gap & Seven Sisters which is one of the longest stretches of undeveloped coastline in England. Exquisite.
And the chalk cliffs really are chalk! I tasted them myself!

After lunch we returned home to make homemade tortellini as my old friends Iain and Fleur were coming round for dinner with their daughter, Maya. We made three fillings - spinach & ricotta, squash & mushroom - delicious!
